Therapy is one hour a week. Cadence keeps the care plan moving the rest of the time.
Cadence is a simple text companion that helps people with ADHD stay connected to their care plan and their therapist. It checks in between sessions and gives the therapist a brief of the week, in the patient's own words.
THE WEEK BETWEEN SESSIONS
Care rarely falls apart in the session. It falls apart in the days after.
The plan slips. You leave a session with a solid plan, and a few days later it's already sliding. With ADHD, that's common, not a lack of effort.
Sessions start with recall. Time spent on "How was your week?" only captures whatever someone can remember in the moment.
Treatment time goes to the recap. Minutes meant for the work go to piecing the week back together.
Cadence captures the week as it happens, so no one has to rely on memory.
HOW IT WORKS
Stay on track between sessions.
01. AFTER A SESSION
Tell Cadence the plan.
The patient texts a quick recap of the session and their plan for the week. Cadence turns it into 1–3 steps in their words, and the therapist can confirm or correct it in one tap.
02. DURING THE WEEK
Quick check-ins by text.
Short check-ins arrive at times the patient picks, plus quick questions about mood, anxiety, sleep, focus and side effects. The questions follow the therapist's treatment plan.
03. BEFORE THE NEXT SESSION
The therapist gets the brief.
One email covers what the patient did, what they said, and anything they asked to bring up. Every quote is timestamped, in their words, and never interpreted.
